Services

Patients who attend my clinic come so for a variety of reasons. I take a holistic and integrated approach to health which focuses on the treatment of the whole person as well as treating the presenting symptoms. I focus on restoring the balance of Yin and Yang to improve physical and emotional health.

I place great emphasis on assessment, diagnosis and the appropriate treatment to allow the body to quickly relax, revive and replenish through the practice of wisdom taught by masters of Chinese Medicine practitioners past and present.

Some conditions that acupuncture and Chinese Medicine can assist with include:

  • Psycho-emotional conditions (e.g. stress, anxiety, depression, poor sleep and insomnia)

About me

Hello my name is Anderson but you can just call me Ando. I was born and raised in Sydney and I am proud to service the Sydney community.

I am a qualified and nationally registered Acupuncturist, Chinese Herbalist and Chinese Herbal Dispenser with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association (AACMA). In addition to my role as a Chinese medicine practitioner, I am also a Researcher Coordinator and Unit Coordinator at Western Sydney University, where I contribute to research examining the role of Chinese medicine in cancer care, strengthening my dedication to evidence-based and patient-centred outcomes.

I hold a Bachelor of Traditional Chinese Medicine with Distinction from Western Sydney University and have completed a number of accreditations in aged care and disability support. I regularly undertake ongoing training to stay up to date with developments in Chinese medicine.

My desire to help my patients achieve their optimal level of quality help is driven by having witnessed physical and emotional struggles of extended family and loved ones. I believe that many of the health problems I see today can be attributed to living in a highly stressful modern society. I have a compassionate and non-judgmental approach that puts my patients at ease and supports them in their commitment to their physical and emotional wellbeing.

I have a special interest in treating psycho-emotional conditions and my patients have experienced positive outcomes when it comes to conditions such as anxiety, depression and insomnia. My other interests include sports medicine and mind-body practices.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my whippet, making candles, running, practicing martial arts, and playing video games.
